Come and enjoy this beautiful villa which is nestled up to the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains in La Quinta, California. This newly constructed villa sits on 47 breathtaking desert acres and features Spanish-style architecture, hand-troweled white stucco with blue shutters, gorgeous desert landscaping and 24 hour guarded-gate.

This villa is located a short walk down from the 11,000 sq ft. Legacy Clubhouse which offers the Legacy Grille, serving food, beverages- !! Adjoining to the Clubhouse is a great exercise room, gorgeous main pool with hot tub and a kid friendly beach style pool. All pools on property are salt water pools.

In a grove of palm trees near the clubhouse, you will find a grove of hammocks just waiting for you. Outdoor fireplaces can also be found around the Clubhouse. This amazing property is walking distance to the famous old La Quinta Resort and Spa which offers great restaurants, shopping and a heavenly spa.

With year round activities, La Quinta is the perfect getaway! Top notch golf courses and great restaurants are plentiful!

This 3 bedroom villa offers 2 large master suites. One with king size bed, other with a queen. 3rd bedroom has additional queen size bed. TVs in all the bedrooms and new flat screen in living room. Ground level location makes for easy access to this great villa.

Excellent unit. Ground floor with easy access to common areas including fountains, grapefruit trees and multiple pools. We had younger children who appreciated being able to roam outside a bit. Well equipped unit included washer/dryer, roomy bathrooms, BBQ grill (and tools!), comfortable patio furniture and well equipped kitchen. Made for lovely, low effort family vacation. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Absolutely recommend.
