Three bedrooms: 1) Master suite with panoramic lakeviews- Queen bed. 2) Master suite with King bed- some lake view 3) 'Red' bedroom off main floor with 2 twin beds. Perfect for two couples as suites have separate staircases and are on opposite ends of house- lots of privacy. Leather sleeper sofa in living room.
Ground floor room with bunkbeds available upon request.
Kitchen:
Newly remodeled gourmet kitchen. Large island, granite counter tops and a 36' 5 burner stove make it very nice for those who like to cook. Fully stocked with pots/pans and all you need for cooking. Wonderful lake views through large sliders and windows. With barstools at counter comfortably seats eight.
Lay-out:
This house is three stories. The 'ground floor' contains laundry facilities, screened porch, TV room with sofa sleeper, book shelves/games and bunkroom..
Second floor comprised of large kitchen, living room, foyer, Red bedroom, bathroom and large veranda around entire second floor.
Thirds floors contain both master bedroom suites.
Please note: Maximum of three cars allowed as this is a residential neighborhood with no parking on streets.

Hiking, boating, walking the miles of secluded beach, swimming, dining, golfing, shopping; the list is nearly endless.
- Perhaps the largest secluded beach in the lower peninsula as private steps lead to 1000's of feet of state land.
- Golf, golf, golf. Acclaimed Hawkshead, a 18 hole luxury course is less than 3 miles away. There are over 10 golf courses within 12 miles of the house.
-Shopping. You are within 6 miles from the quaint shops of South Haven and 9 miles from beautiful downtown Saugatuck with all their wonderful boutique shops.
-Dining. The list is expansive, unique and award winning. We will leave you a review on the kitchen counter.
-Hiking. The Kal-Haven trail is 4 miles away and a must. The Allegan woods is also spectacular and is 12 miles away. The Saugatuck dune state park is unbelievable. (11 miles away).
-South Haven Lighthouse. 5 miles away.
-Michigan Maritime Museum. 5 miles away.
