We stayed at this property in June of '08. There were 16 of us for a 40th birthday celebration and we were quite comfortable. The beach is just a short walk away and we took turns cooking in the kitchen (that had everything we needed). I would definitely recommend this property as we would also consider returning.

Great family retreat - well-equipped, lots of comfortable space inside and out. The beach is just a short walk and the house is perfect for a crowd. We had a wonderful Father's Day celebration. Cooking, dining, visiting perfection. There's even a high chair!!! Comfortable deck furniture and a fireplace for the winter.
