This beautiful vacation home is located in the historic Gaslight District of Breckenridge on a private cul-de-sac just above High Street and has four bedrooms, a den and three and a half bathrooms with unforgettable Ski Area views.

This luxury home has been professionally decorated with the finest in home furnishings. The great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen are handsomely finished with beautiful oak hardwood flooring. The Lincoln Place home is within walking distance to Carter Park where there is a sledding hill, dog park and playground. This fun 2,331 square foot home features a nice cozy living area with a brick gas fireplace and an open concept design allowing for the larger parties to spend quality time together. Savor a family movie night on the flat screen HD TV in the living room with comfortable seating and the warmth of the fireplace. The suitably stocked kitchen features all the necessary appliances to enjoy a home cooked meal from the comfort of your vacation home. Take a seat for a quick grab-n-go meal at the breakfast bar for three or enjoy your larger meals at the dining table for eight. With the kitchen and seating set-up, cooking and dining is a breeze in one convenient location.

The large master bedroom is a comfortable king bed, ski themed with large windows and side chairs. The second bedroom is mountain inspired with a queen bed that is encased in mountain themed quilted bedding. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and large windows. The fourth bedroom has a captain bunk with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top as well as an additional twin bed.

Other amenities included in the house are a full size washer and dryer, an elaborate office, wireless high speed internet, private outdoor hot tub, multiple flat screen HD TV's and a two car garage.
