Enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunny beach fun at Evergreen Cottage! This cozy cottage is nestled on a pine wooded lot that slopes down to 50 feet of sandy private beach on Silver Lake. The property is located on a quiet peninsula, secluded from noisy roads and traffic. Traverse City's Silver Lake is an all sports, low traffic lake. This spring fed lake makes it perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing. The cottage's sandy beach is on a peninsula on the lake's east side, which makes it perfect for all day swimming, beach fun, and evening sunset marshmallow roasting. The beach has a full deck for sunning, relaxing, and picnicking. It also has a dock, row boat, and swim raft. The nearby boat launch makes it easy to bring along your own personal watercraft. Relax in front of the fireplace or out on the screened porch overlooking the lake. The cottage has an outside charcoal grill, swing set, and car port. The interior has a charming cottage appeal. No smoking/no pets, please.
