The beautiful backyard has seating areas, and dinning area with gas BBQ over looking the bay with 60' boat dock and kayaks, This home come ready for fun with beach chairs, 4 kayaks, bikes, biking paths, parks, tennis & more. Walk to the beach in minutes or the Lowes Resort to enjoy the Sea Spa or fantastic dinning. The site of Lowes gondolas floating in the bay past your backyard in the evenings is magical. The Master bedroom has a balcony. This home is amazing and has it all in a perfect location.

About The Owner

My husband, doggie, and I live in Phoenix, Arizona and Coronado, California when we are not traveling. This home is ideal for us with its close proximity to local attractions, biking & jogging trails, boating and walking the beach. My husband, brother & nephews are avid tournament fishermen in the San Diego area. We love this area and this home is perfect for our active and laid back lifestyle. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

Why The Owner chose Coronado

Coronado is Paradise Found. It really doesn't get much better than this. The weather is amazing all year and the neighborhood is beautiful, safe, quite with wonderful neighbors. The dog park is a beautiful area & a great place to meet new friends. The yacht club is a fun place to have dinner or a drink and watch or participate in many activities. There is endless things to do and nothing at all if you want. Its truly the perfect place to be.

What makes this townhome unique

We enjoy walking to the beach, the Lowes Resort for having breakfast, or cocktails or to the park. We love to kayak the channels in the bay. It's a great way to exercising while being relaxing at the same time. The fishing is great. There are lots of new areas to discover. A quick bike ride away is the Village of Coronado where we enjoy shopping, dinning and exercise. Downtown San Diego is just over the bridge with endless activities and restaurants. Mission Beach, Sea World and the Zoo are close by.
