More Detailed Information: This 4 Bedroom/3 Full Bath (Downstairs has a 1 large room with 1 full Bath) with natural oak cabinets, tastefully decorated with dark cherry furniture, oriental rugs, and ceramic tile, carpet, Chandelier lighting in the dining room and the entrance way. The house does have a programmable Keyless doorknob (Landlord will provide house code). There are ceiling fans for all rooms in the house. Living Room: 42 inches TV, Sofa, Coffee table, 2 leather recliner, love seat and side tables, Ceiling Fan/lights. Dining area: Large natural color table Seats 6, Cherry end table w/ Lamp, and beautiful mirrors/decorations/painting, side table and chandelier light with lake view. Kitchen: Flat top stove and side by side refrigerator with water/ice on the door with counter top table seats 4 with a small island table. All utensil, cookware are provided. If there is anything missing...just ask and you will probably get it.
Activities: Recreation Center is just 4-5 minutes walking distance, you can go swimming, boating (non-motorized), fishing, hiking/biking on miles of developed trails, bird watching, walking/jogging around the lake/pecan grove, play Tennis/basketball or stay home and enjoy the large screen TV with your favorite show or surf at your WIFI internet.
