Welcome to our Island home in Paradise! Relax and enjoy our large1650 square foot, three bedroom, three bath condo, with its spectacular 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, beaches and neighbor islands. Our “end unit” and 3rd floor location makes this condo of the most desirable, very secure, centrally located vacation rentals on Maui. The condo is updated with new beds,ceiling fans, and is fully air conditioned. Our daily cooling trade winds make your stay at A-322 even more enjoyable eliminating greatly the need for artificial air conditioning.
Sip your morning coffee on our large living room lanai, one of the largest here. You look directly at the ocean, rolling surf, swaying palm trees, and will delight in the sweet smell of plumeria blossoms. If you visit us in December through May you will have a chance to see whales breaching in the nearby ocean. Check out our large pool and hot tub, while making your golf or dinner reservations at our Activities Desk located poolside. Maybe you will want to 'surf the net' on our own, secure, FREE, high speed internet access available in our unit, or just stop by the exercise room for a workout. Tennis courts are steps away from your door. Oh, and we have the most spectacular sunsets right at our front lanai door!
When your enter our unit you will recognize the deep ocean blue of our new carpets and matched black granite counter tops in our new open kitchen. Our new stainless and black kitchen appliances will make your day easier as you enjoy the ocean view from the kitchen area. Filtered ice water and ice cubes are available on the door at a finger’s touch. Dishwasher, ceramic top range, microwave, garbage disposal are available for your use as are a coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and toaster. We have tried to provide you with all the cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware you will need to create your own dining experience in Polynesia!
Hawaiian floral prints await you in our roomy living area neatly appointed with koa cocktail tables. Our love seat, couch and sleeper sofa are trimmed with koa arms. Similarly, the dining room table and chairs are upscale, rare, Hawaiian koa. The warm koa blends nicely into the Polynesian décor.
As you enter the master bedroom you will be in awe of the large space, the king size bed with brand new mattress and box springs, and furniture ripe for lounging, watching TV, or just reading. Most appealing is the very private second lanai with beachfront views of the ocean and West Maui Mountains. This second lanai is available only in Maui Sunset end three bedroom units so is a very special treat for you. A private master bath completes the suite.
The two “guest” bedrooms are nicely appointed with convenient twins, which feature new mattresses and springs, in one, and a new queen bed in the other. Mirrored closets are found in all bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own private upgraded bathroom.
We have remodeled the unit to accommodate a full size clothes washer and dryer. A new vacuum is available for your use if you need to tidy up for any of your Island guests. You will find beach towels, coolers, and other beach gear for your use while you visit Maui’s many other world class beaches. Please rinse off the sand!
We think our third floor location is very secure and the best. It is handy to the elevator, but only a few steps up to your door from your FREE off-street parking space. Use the pool key to unlock the security door. We love our island home and are pleased to be able to share it with you. We have tried to provide everything you may need for a wonderful vacation in paradise. We appreciate your visit and hope you come again!
