Our family rented both units and it provided us plenty of room and space. Small children stayed in the lower unit and enjoyed playing in the courtyard. We appreciated the location of the house with the option of walking or catching the metro and we would definitely rent this house on a future trip to D.C.

We rented both units 7-07 for a family reunion - my parents, my brother, my sister, her husband and 2 kids and myself and my 2 kids - total of 10 people. We were very comfortable, had everything we needed to live there for a week and it was such a nice area and located so close to everything. Rob and Chris were so helpful, friendly and great to deal with. This is much better than a hotel!

Wow! Enjoyed our stay. Rented both units and carport. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice enough that if I ever move to DC, I would want to live there... Families/singles. 10-12 "local" restrurants 2 short blocks on 8th Street. We ate at 3 of them and the food was excellent... not a tourist in-site. Metro is 5min walk.

We rented both units and we were very happy with both units. We would consider renting these units again. It was much better than a hotel because we were able to cook some of our meals. We had 3 teenage boys and they liked feeling like they were at home instead of a hotel.

The distance from the Metro stop was great. There is a grocery store within walking distance also. There is also a Baskin Robbins between the Metro and the house. We all enjoyed stopping there each day.
