This is a lovely 1600 Sq. ft. private home on a bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on an acre of landscaped property. There are several beaches within a 1/2 mile of the home. This is a lovely quite place of retreat and adventure. It is a place of unspoiled nature. The beaches, snorkeling and scuba are incredible, The best surfing in all the Caribbean is 10 minutes away from the house. There is a golf course on the island about 40 miles to the south. There is a lot to see and do but think eco-adventure not disney.

BR B Amenities: /B BR This is a ready to go home. What you will find enjoyable is that this is our home not your standard rental villa. It is fitted out for use, there is A/C in the master bedroom, paddle fans throughout, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms etc.. We have a phone, satellite TV, DVD player, small stereo, washer, snorkel gear, barbeque grill and sits on a large lot up on a bluff that offers privacy and nice views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean Oceans.

There is a rear deck and a garden in the front with a covered patio. BR B Activities: /B BR There is a lot to do or nothing at all. We are surrounded by beaches and great snorkeling. Day trips to Spanish Wells or Harbour Island are fun. Small shops nearby. Best Surfing in Caribbean is close. BR B Area: /B BR The House is in Rainbow Bay on the Atlantic side.

Golf: There is presently no Golfing on the island

We have traveled and lived in " the Islands" for years. This is probably the closest you will ever come to a real home rather then just a rental. Between the lovely home and the wonderful people taking care of the property and guests, you cannot ask for more.

Our spring hideout

We had a wonderful 3 week visit to the island. Your home there is pretty special. We were happy to return at the end of each day exploring knowing we had the coolest, breeziest spot on the island to rest and recoup. I loved opening all the windows and sliders and letting that incredible breeze blow though out the house (especially for sleeping), didn’t need the a/c at all. We ate and prepared most of our meals at the house and it was nice having such a well stocked kitchen and the gas grill. Of course, we did stop in JC a couple of times for lunch at Billy and Brenda’s barbecue. Billy was great and kept watch over us and the house. He would check in every few days to make sure all was well. It was nice to know he was so close and attentive, yet not obtrusive. We did a lot of touring about the island, but by the end of our visit we liked staying close to home. What a treat to have Smugglers, Hidden, Rainbow and even Little Twin beaches an enjoyable walk away. Smugglers at low tide is a must, the tidal pools in the rocks are just fascinating real life aquariums. Oh, and the best part, the gazebo, it’s a gem. Every morning for sunrise and coffee, every afternoon, a cocktail and endless gazing at the sea(does one ever tire of that?). It was a real pleasure and a joy to stay in such a clean and well cared for home, thank you. We own and operate a guest cottage here in Vermont and can appreciate all that you put into your home on the island. Can’t wait to go back.

This place was GREAT!!!! What a wonderful vacation. it is so quite here, It is a head-turning big deal when a car go by. The house and surrounding grounds were stunningly gorgious, and well kept. Banana, mango, lime, and coconut in the front yard. Every day we went to a different beach and each was better then the last. Most of the time, we were the only ones there!!. Great places to go snorkeling or shelling. took a day trip to harbour island to see how the other half live and had some great food. The people on this island are honestly happy to see you. We can't wait to go back.

just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Although the weather did not cooperate, we still had a wonderful time. We especially loved your caretakers Billy & Brenda Stubbs, as well as Freddie Ferguson and Israel Johnson and their families. I do not think I have ever met so many nice and helpful people, it really made our trip very special. When time allows us to make a return trip, we hope your place will still be available.
