We are conveniently located within walking distance of Coral Gables' historic Miracle Mile. With breathtaking views from all of our 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, you will experience luxurious amenities recreating the comforts of your own home. Apartments include custom furnishings with fully equipped kitchens and full living/dining room. Located only minutes away from Brickell, Downtown, Coconut Grove, Miami International Airport, Merrick Place and South Beach!

The 1 bedroom apartment has 1 bathroom. It has a Queen size bed in the master bedroom. The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed and a dining room. The dining room is based on 4 people and includes all dinnerware, glassware and silverware. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, Tupperware and cooking utensils. All small and large appliances are included as well. Flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room.

You also have a full size washer and dryer inside the apartment. All utilities are included: basic cable, local phone calls, water, electricity, internet is also included with both Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections.

In the property we have a Business Center and a small gym.

  • Cleaning Fee: 75.00
  • Check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am.

    The Front Desk is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and closed on Sundays.

    If you not arriving within office hours please call 305.598.5800 or 1-888-460-RENT(7368) to schedule a late arrival.

    ** For stays between 04/11/14 to 04/21/14 there is a minimum of a 5 day.

    Pets are welcome with an additional non-refundable fee* (restrictions apply).

    $250 initial deposit that will be applied towards the final balance for stays under 30 days and $600 refundable security deposit will required for stays 30 days or longer.

    14 Days prior to arrival - $150.00 fee.
    7 Days prior to arrival - $250.00 fee.
    Less than 7 days prior arrival initial deposit ($250) or security deposit ($600) not refunded.


    Housekeeping Service is an optional service and can be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
