**From June 1-August 31, 2013 all rentals are weekly and run Sat-Sat only. The rest of the year there is a 3 night min stay - With the exception of Memorial Weekend which is a 5 Night Min stay & Labor Day Weekend which is a 4 Night Min stay.
Luxury Beach Living. A five star vacation awaits you. This (4 Bedroom/2 Bath) home, that was just completed in 2010, brand new head to toe. Located just 2.5 blocks from the beach, a five minute walk. This raised up beach home (Sleeps 8).
Located just past the community tennis and basketball courts on the quiet and less traveled Erie Avenue. The enjoyable walk or bike ride down to Center Street is 6 blocks.
Enjoy the over sized screened front porch with plenty of outside furniture. Entertain in the manicured backyard around the giant gazebo and provided gas grill. Cleaning of the Grill is the responsibility of the renters. There's an outside shower/bathroom adjacent to the washer/dryer on the back side of the home. Gazebo and Laundry room are shared with the long term tenants that live in the cottage on the other end of the property on the Cooper Ave side (they are very respectful tenants that keep to themselves)
Equipped kitchen is high end, with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and all new appliances. You will be very satisfied with the Owner's taste and the high end quality of this home. For the price, you cant beat it. Come relax on Folly in luxury.
