The condominium has mostly ceramic tile floors and a private back yard with brick pavers, patio set and large umbrella surrounded by a white privacy fence and beautiful landscaping! It's location on the resort property is central, which keeps it quiet because it is away from street noise or other disruptions that may come from public areas. There are books to read and cards, poker chips, chess, checkers to play when you are hanging out or relaxing in the condo.

BEDROOM - carpeted and furnished with a comfortable Queen-size bed. It has a large closet, ceiling fan, alarm clock. We provide high thread count bed linens. There are also extra blankets, linens and pillows for the sleeper sofa in case you need them! KITCHEN and DINETTE- furnished with a smooth top stove, granite counter tops, full-size refrigerator and all the utensils you would need. We even included a crock pot and blender! Table seats four comfortably. The dry bar has an ice bucket along with wine & cocktail glasses. FAMILY ROOM - Queen-size sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo/CD/MP3 player, and ceiling fan. SITTING ROOM - sunny room with two chairs and desk - the perfect setup to use the free Internet Access and Long-Distance or read a book. BATHROOM - offers a walk-in, tile shower with Dual Shower heads, wall-mounted hair dryer, plenty of high end towels and storage space. A coin operated laundry room is in the building

The condominium is located next to several restaurants and local attractions. The renowned Salt Rock Grill is located right next door and is one of the best places to eat on the beach! Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Tiki Gardens, and Town Square Nature Park are all within walking distance. The Suncoast Trolley Stop is located across the street and runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-A-Grille Beach. Golf and Miniature Golf, Fishing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Scuba Diving, Boating, Waterskiing, Surfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, Sightseeing, and Shopping are all things to do when vacationing in Indian Shores. Indian Shores is about 15 minutes south of Clearwater Beach, 15 minutes north of St. Petersburg and about 30 minutes west of Tampa. Walt Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Weeki Wachie are all within a 90 minute drive.

Golf: There are several public golf courses within a short driving distance. Also, there is Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf just down the street.
