CABLE WIRELESS in unit,Cross no streets to beach. spacious & nicely furnished 1 story beach front Villa with Drive-Up Carport Convenience and a patio on the Courtyard with 3 pools, one right on the Beach. The unit has a full kitchen w/dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. Two televisions with DVD and VCR, washer/dryer in the unit and a New King Size Bed with a Pull Out Double Trundle underneath the king, and an outside extra shower and Outdoor Electric Grill. All ceramic tile floors and nearly all furniture is new. Comcast cable television and Wireless hi-speed Internet for your laptop computer. Private telephone with Verizon Unlimited Free US Long Distance, answering machine and central air conditioning. Just steps to the fabulous 'pure white' sand beach, so fine, it squeaks when you walk on it. So close, you can run for some fresh ice for your Coke.

Visitors fly into the Sarasota airport as well as Tampa, Orlando and Fort Myers.

what a pleasant place, quiet with 3 pools but right on the beach, clean, well kept unit, very comfortable, drive up convenience with patio right out the door, outdoor grill was great. will come back again next year.
