NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on or inside of any of our rental properties nor are those who may partake in tobacco smoking allowed to occupy any of our properties. A 50% deposit is due upon return of the rental agreement (100% is due if it is less than 60 days from arrival date). Located at Waterman's Beach, just a few minute drive south of Rockland, the Coast Cottage is a spectacular vacation retreat. Lobster boats moor just off the beach in front of this property. Enjoy visiting the lobstermen when they come in with their fresh catch, and maybe even swing a deal to buy a few fresh lobsters and bring them back to the cottage. However, if cooking lobster isn't your thing, then the world famous Watermans Beach Lobster is right next door.
The Coast Cottage is for mature individuals looking to relax and enjoy the unbelievable beauty around the cottage. There is a great kitchen with all the appliances and dishware to cook a Thanksgiving dinner and ocean views from every room. This property is great for honeymooners or a small family with older children. While this cottage does allow up to 4 people, please note, there is only one bedroom, and the idea of the 2 additional people is that they would be children who don't mind using a pullout couch.
