Monthly Tenatns are to have the house professionally cleaned upon departure. Kendall & Potter will set this up for you, and pay from deposit with copy of all invoices with final statement. This is used to restock, clean and sanitize the home. Tenants are still responsible for the basic cleanliness of the home. Tenatns will be responsible for reimbursement, to Owner, for utility costs during your stay. In most cases the Owner will pay the bill to keep current and send copies to us to give to you. You will write a check payable to the Owner and send to our office. We will send your utility payment to the Owner.
