A deck off the living room offers ocean views and outside dining along with a spiral staircase leading up to the roof top deck, perfect for sun bathing or enjoying the fantastic views. Downstairs has two more bedrooms and a family room that has a wet bar and a foosball table. For your convenience this home offers a portable ROUND table with 4 chairs, 4 TV trays, 2 counter seats, 4 TV’s plus DVD players with movies, VCR, CD player, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, gas BBQ. The garage has a ping-pong table and indoor basketball goal for some family fun as well as an extra Refrigerator for drinks etc..
