Lagoon on the Sea is a beautiful, second floor, ocean front condominium with full ocean views.  Gated parking with 1 assigned parking space plus 1 guest parking.  Walk into the living & dining rooms with complete ocean views.  Full kitchen.  Both bedrooms face the ocean so go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. This home features a TV with cable, DVD player and full washer & dryer in the main bathroom.  Easy beach access.  Close to major Hwy for a short drive to the Famous Beach Boardwalk, Capitola Village for a day of shopping, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Gizdich Farm for Berry picking, Phil’s Fish Market or Kayaking in Moss Landing.  Come and enjoy a relaxing break from the stress of busy life!  NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED, SORRY.
