On the first floor, you can find the living and the dining room, the kitchen with electric cooker, dish washer and refrigerator, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one twin, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower/ WC, and air conditioning. On the ground floor, there is a couch bed (for 2 people), a small kitchen, shower/WC, a separate entrance and air conditioning, as well as a covered forecourt. You will also find a big terrace with barbecue, flowing water, and a small cooker. The pool is 5 x 10 m. An outdoor shower is available. The property is fenced. The garden is well kept. In 2007, the American Cups (Segelregatta) take place in Valencia. The prices are on agreement. A direct slip road is available.

Swimming: You can find beautiful beaches in Calpe, Calpe, Benidorm, Alfaz del Pi/Albir, Moraira, Javea, or you can discover yourself small bathing bays.

Trips: The surroundings of Altea offer a lot of trip possibilities. Information and brochures are available in the house. In the hinterland, you can go hiking. There is a nice book with many suggestions for hiking tours.

Altea with its beautiful, entangled historical center and the blue church cupola is one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca. The historical center is also called ‘the artists’ meeting place’. There is a very beautiful beach promenade, 2 wonderful ports and good, convenient restaurants in and around Altea. Beach, super market and restaurants are in the close vicinity. Beautiful sandy beaches can be found in Calpe, Benidorm and Alfaz del Pi. The hinterland is beautiful and fascinating, with numerous attractive places of interest. From there, you can reach your destination with the Mietauto (approx. ¾ hours).

Notes

  • Easter week: Price: 650 Euros. In July and August, you can book minimum 2 weeks. Check-in and check-out on a workday day (Monday to Friday) are possible only in exceptional cases and will be charged extra.
  • Additional costs: The final cleaning is 130 Euros and it should be paid together with the rental rate. The security deposit is to be pay on the day of arrival and it is 250 Euros. If everything is ok at the end of the stay, the security deposit will be refund by the check-out. Possible damages will be paid from the security deposit.
