Our home features: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,GAMES ROOM, Free Broadband Internet Access, Lcd TV, 200 Digital Cable Channels, Free Calls Canada, Porto Rico and Virgin Islands, large living room, open plan kitchen with all the appliances, formal dining room, breakfast nook, 2 car garage, laundry room, heated pool, an extended deck and extra privacy. Tuscan Ridge is a beautiful community located on the Highway 27 (or US27), not far from all the attractions, and bordered by a stunning pine forest. It is a fairly new resort offering a choice of two different areas: countryside or The Village. All the villas on Tuscan Ridge offer the renter a spacious home set within a generous plot of land. This is a great location, ideally placed for enjoying many activities and attractions, such as: Golf is within a 5 minute drive from 2 great golf resorts, including Highlands Reserve Golf Course and the stunning new Championsgate Golf Complex which was designed by Greg Norman. Disney - only 10 minute drive via the Interstate 4. Get to Disney via Championsgate and Interstate 4 for a quicker and more direct route. Shopping 2 Publix supermarkets are within 5 minute drive of Tuscan Ridge including one at Berry Town Center located along the US27 and one at Champions gate. There is also a brand new Super Wal Mart open 24 hours/day along.

We would like to thank you VERY MUCH for the use of your vacation home. I must say it was wonderful there. The house is beautiful, very well equipped and very well maintained. The children LOVED the pool. The location was great, far enough away from the vacation hustle and bustle of the theme parks yet close enough to go every day and enjoy ourselves. I would certainly rate your home a TEN and would certainly consider renting it again in the near future. Thank you again from all of us.
