New, wonderfully appointed condo in downtown Grand Haven. Relax while you enjoy stunning views of the waterfront and pier, listen to the musical fountain, and watch the sunset every evening from your second floor corner unit. The kitchen is complete with silverware, dishes, and appliances. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private deck, TV with DVD and VCR. The living room is fully furnished with a pullout, full size sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV. There is also a deck off the living room. The condo is one block from downtown where you can enjoy shopping and the local restaurants. It is a short walk to the State Park and the boardwalk. This unit can comfortably sleep 4.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $125-225 /Night
  • Rates are daily, weekly, monthly. Special rates available for monthly rental from September to May. Call for information. All reservations require a 50% deposit within 10 days of initial reservation. The remainder is due 14 days prior to arrival along with a refundable $225 damage deposit. If a deposit is not received 10 days after reservation we will consider your reservation canceled. All reservations are considered sold 14 days prior to your arrival date. If your travel plans change within 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will make every effort to resell your room. Refunds will be given if the room is resold, less a $25 booking fee. If the room is not resold, you are responsible for the amount of your original expected stay. No cancellations for 4th of July week/weekend and Coast Guard Week.

NO SMOKING anywhere in building including decks, NO PETS Great for couples or families! Grand Haven has it all-swimming, boating, hiking, shopping, walking, golfing nearby, Musical Fountain and many downtown restaurants! There's also Coast Guard Fest from the last week in July to first week in August.

My wife and I recently spent 4 days in this condo and it was amazing. Views from the balconies are great! Everything is very well kept, very clean and like new. The location is ideal wheather you want to just relax and enjoy the views or wander the boardwalk to the beach/lighthouse or take a short walk to the downtown area. There is not one bad thing I can say about our trip. Everything described on the web page is accurate and the owner provided great customer service. I would definately recommend this property to a friend.
