Luxury Condo,1st Fl, Free Wifi, Low Rates!! 5 Miles to Disney

My friend and I (Females, 40s) just traveled with her daughter and granddaughter (12 and Under) to Disney. We stayed at Casa Amici. There were a lot of good points as well as room for improvement. Let's begin with the Pros: Very clean, first floor, very spacious, great location to parks, restaurants, and shopping. It was very nicely decorated though the sofa and loveseat sat kind of low. All the other furniture in the unit was lovely and functional. The owner was very, very nice to work with while making the reservation and payments. The price is awesome!!! Walmart and Walgreens are within a 10 minute drive!

Now for the "room for improvement" items: The beds/mattresses were not so comfy. After walking in the parks all day, you really would like a soft and comfortable bed. And my friend was a little nervous about taking a shower in the master bathroom because of the obscured window. She wished it had been a covering there. :) The TV in twin bedroom was on a different set of channels. Couldn't find Disney for the kids. A list of the channels would be good. Shower heads could stand to be replaced too. I think they are using the water conservation ones. Need to have instructions in unit for what to do with trash, linen and dishes.

All in the all the unit gave us what we needed to have a great time in Florida and at Disney. Thanks Anthony!!!

My son, daughter-in-law, and 5-year-old son from Alaska and I (from Sarasota) thoroughly enjoyed staying in the spacious condo. It was so nice to come back from a tiring day at Disney World to relax and also to go enjoy the pool. Even though it was quite close to all the Disney parks, the villa complex was seemingly far removed from the hectic pace of the area.

I also want to express my gratitude to the owner, Tony Bocchino, and Greg Woodhams of Florida Deluxe Villas, for coming to my aid when we discovered after leaving the villa that we had left behind an expensive toy just bought at Disney. Greg found it and promptly mailed it to us and wouldn't even let us reimburse him for the cost.

We enjoyed our stay at your Condo. Everything that we needed was there and the Condo was clean and nicely updated. Our commute to Disney was short and very easy. The Owner helped in answering questions prior to our visit and was very flexible with our traveling times. We would recommend this property to anyone needing to be near Disney, Seaworld or any other parks in the area. We even took a day trip to Coco Beach!!!!
