Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 9-11)

Fun and relaxing 2,000+ sq. ft. townhome. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Downstairs consist of one bedroom (TV, 1 twin bed, 1 dbl. bed, & full bath), laundry room, full kitchen with breakfast bar, eating area, and cozy family room with gas fireplace. The upstairs loft, nestled under a wood beamed ceiling, is complete with TV, ping pong, and room to play. There are also 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. One room has 2 dbl beds and 2 twin beds, the other has 1 queen.

This quiet community borders National forest, is very close to Show Low, Pinetop, Sunrise ski resort, fishing, white mountain biking trials, hiking, golfing, Hon Dah Resort Casino, bowling, movies, restaurants & more. Wal Mart, Walgreens, & are conveniently just minutes away.

This is a great place to get out of the heat, enjoy the beauty and serenity of the White Mountains, relax, and have fun with friends and family.

About The Owner

I am a mother of 5 and my husband is a contractor. We live in the greater Phoenix area and love getting out of the city when we can to slow down and enjoy our children and just have fun!

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2005
Why The Owner chose Pinetop-Lakeside

We chose to buy here because the weather is much cooler than Phoenix in this location during the summer, and it is close to Sunrise Ski Resort which makes snowboarding vacations so enjoyable.

What makes this townhome unique

Nice Quiet gated community, conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment; yet at the same time it has the feeling of totally being away from it all.

Great escape!

There were six of us that stayed here last February, 2011. The place was very clean, had plenty of room, and was the perfect getaway for our annual ski trip. The owner was very responsive and attentive to make sure our stay was exactly what we were expecting. The place was close enough to town so we could grab food or groceries. I really appreciated having a place that was hassle-free and accomadating. Thanks for the place.....even though I am one year late in reviewing it.

Perfect Pinetop Home for Our Weekend Ski Trip

We rented this home for a weekend ski trip up to Sunrise Resort. The property was exactly what we were looking for and for a very reasonable price. It was very clean and came with all the amenities you need to arrive, relax and enjoy. It is in a convenient location in the town of Pinetop and a short drive to the ski resort. It is tucked back enough in quiet neighborhood bordering the National Forest to give you a secluded feel.

Amy, the property owner, is very professional, responsive and a nice to work with.

We will definitely keep this home in mind for future travel to the area.
