All year round, enjoy the condo wide sound system, pool table, and three TVs on cable.
The condo is a Jack BeGrow design, and one of the most elegant and intimate on the lake. There are three full floors with attached garage. The lower level bedroom can be opened to be a part of the recreation room, entertainment center, pool table, and mini-kitchen by large Pella doors. This bedroom has a private access to the sauna, full bath, and steam bath. The main floor has a great room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room with incredible southwest facing views of the lake. The upper floor, including a loft with sleeper sofa, has the master bedroom and bath with a sliding door to the sitting deck.
There is the main bath and the third bedroom, with a washer and dry closet.
Activities: In addition to the boating, fishing and swimming at your fingertips, and the toys inside the condo, the location within the city allows for easy access to Boyne Town Center, and the “Quaint” amenities of this still unspoiled little city on the east end of Lake Charlevoix, and the wealth of outdoor activities and restaurants in the “Tip of the Mitt”.
