nothing was said about third floor,
furniture was not as pictured living room had very uncomfortable futons not couch and chair
kitchen poorly equipt, toaster didn't work ,no paring knife
washer was not useable as it didn't drain and owner knew this before we rented and negelected to tell us
was clean and no hassles on getting back our deposit
