Welcome to Harbor Mist! This charming home located in Gulfport's Marina District is just a block from the marina and nature park. The home is private with a fenced backyard complete with wood deck, shade trees, patio, landscapin, small pond, outdoor lighting and an outdoor shower. View the landscaped backyard through the glass patio doors as you prepare your meals. Dine at the table that seats 6.
The kitchen also has a pass-through bar to the living room with bar chairs. Fresh, cool paint colors and cool tile floors.The kitchen is fully furnished with pots/pans/dishes/cooking utensils and includes a dishwasher. Lots of counter prep space and undercounter lighting for prep and cooking.
Suitable for families or couples. 2 bedrooms with bed, dresser, ceiling fan and closet. Master bedroom has a wall-mounted TV on Brighthouse cable.

Amenities & Decor. In addition to High Speed WiFi, Harbor Mist also has digital cable complete with music channels and digital telephone service. Included is free long distance calling within the US and Canada! Coll tile throughout the home The backyard has nighttime lighting and an uncovered deck and patio. Backyard is fully fenced and private. There is a stackable full-size washer and dryer inside the house in a separate closet off the kitchen. The house is painted in refreshing seaside colors and neutrals.
Our lovely home is comfortable and generously furnished with movies, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, appliances and cooking gadgets.
Things to Do: The marina and nature park is just a tad over a block away at the end of the street. There are numerous shops and restaurants just under a mile away. Sunbathing, swimming, volleyball and playground equipment are at the beach, along with a covered pavilion that can be reserved for private use. Gulfport is a very active community and there is always something going on, from the twice-monthly Art Walk, to the monthly Green market, the Weekly Tuesday Fresh Market, and other special events. These events include: Gecko Fest, Retro-Rama, SpringFest, 4th of July parade/antique car show/crafts festival/fireworks, sailing regatta, summer concerts, Pink Flamingo Tour of Homes, annual Lighted Boat Parade. Gulfport has excellent restaurants, an exciting night life, a fishing pier, marina with public boat ramp, works by local and national artists and photographers, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a libray and a performing arts theater.

Location and Local Area Information: Gulfport is a quiet, cozy beachside community established in the early 1900's. It is located on Boca Ciega Bay with views of St Pete Beach to teh west and Isla del Sol to the South. Located 30 minutes from Tampa and Tampa International airport or from St Pete Clearwater airport, 10 minutes from downtown St Petersburg & Tropicana Field, 30 minutes from Clearwater, 15 minutes from St Pete Beach,/Pass-A-Grille and 20 minutes from Fort DeSoto Park, 1 mile WALK to Gulfport Beach.
Other useful information:
The house is located in the Marina District and you have one covered parking space and room for a second or third car on the street. A car is recommended, as the nearest beach, restuarant and food store are a mile away. The surroundings areas have a lot to offer. Harbor Mist has free wireless Internet access. Linens are included - bath and kitchen towels and sheets. The house is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are allowed, generally they must be over 1 year old, housebroken, not extremely large and not aggressive personalities. All pets are subject to prior approval. Keypad entry. Key pickup is NOT required. Fenced yard. Private.
Madison: I spent a long, interesting week with friends. This house was a great find and I am thankful to have come along with my friends. We went to clubs, the beach, the boardwalk. Spent a lot of time outside and loved the ceramic duck in the beautiful backyard. I would come back to this house and St Pete anytime.

Activities at the Marina are kayak rentals, sailing (rentals & lessons), windsurfing, fishing, dolphin-watch cruises, hiking at dog friendly Clam Bayou Nature Preserve, biking (with quick access to 40 mile long Pinellas Trail), Stellar sunrises & sunsets. Gulfport is also famous for its bi-monthly Art Walk (First Friday and Third Saturday of every month), Farmer's Market (seasonal) and many other annual events such as the Gheko Festival, Annual Night-time Lighted Christmas Boat Parade and Retro-Rama. Also close by is golfing, horseshoeing, Internet Cafe, Gulfport's Public Library, and fabulous Gulfport restaurants, many of which are located at the water's edge and feature live entertainment.
