2013 PRIME SEASON RATE $1050. Warm and inviting 2 bedroom cottage adjacent to conservation land with the "traditional" knotty-pine cape look. Located at the end of a private road ideal for families with children to play outside in the yard. Many renters have come back year after year to enjoy this property and feel right at home. The cottage has a spacious living room and generous kitchen with a large table for family meals, games etc. Enjoy watching your favorite baseball team either in the living room or in the airy screened porch. Outside offers a nice quiet deck perfect for breakfast, cocktails or reading and a secluded back yard for grilling. Only 7/10's of a mile to the beach for a quick 2 minute drive. Finish off your day using the refreshing outside enclosed shower, using the high speed wireless internet to check up on emails or a leisurely evening walk down to the beach.
