INTRODUCTION: Large kitchen with granite tile countertops, 2 sinks for easy food preparation, Jennair gas stove top and oven, bar stools at island and mountain views out kitchen window. Grand dining and living room with log furnishings, antique armoires, huge vaulted ceiling with log posts, floor to ceiling slate rock fireplace, TV/VCR, and sundeck running the full length of the house with BBQ and views overlooking the Whistler Golf Course and up to the full range of rugged mountains along the east side of the Valley including Whistler and Blackcomb Master bedroom with floor to ceiling slate rock fireplace, king log bed, deck with spectacular mountain views, TV, and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi soaker tub, shower and double sink. 2nd bedroom with queen log bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. 3rd bedroom with queen log bed and ensuite bathroom with shower (also accessible from main hallway). 4th bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. 5th bedroom with 2 sets of log bunks.

  • For all periods other than the Christmas/New Years period, a down payment equivalent to the first night is due upon booking your reservation and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival, with a security deposit, by way of imprinted Visa or Mastercard, required upon arrival (see terms below).

    For the Christmas/New Years period, the first 2 nights are required as a down payment upon booking the reservation, with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival.

    Payments may be made by Visa or Mastercard. If you wish to pay by way of corporate cheque, bank draft or money order, you must first obtain our consent and instructions for this method of payment, including mandatory courier service.

    Check-in: 4pm / Check-out: 10am.

    In case of fire, sale or such similar event, Whistler Resort Homes Ltd. reserves the right to substitute another property for the one which has been booked with every attempt made to provide a property or properties of similar or better quality.

  • No smoking is permitted inside any property.

    Liability: The booking guest and all members of the said guest's party (the 'Guests') agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the home. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any invitees. Whistler Resort Homes Ltd. ('WRH') reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions. Neither the home owner nor WRH shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the property owner or WRH, and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.

    Cancellations will result in forfeiture of all monies paid unless a replacement booking can be made for the same period and terms.
