You're looking at a new construction Mid-Century Modern inspired In-Law Apartment with private access located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood right in central CT just 1 minute from I-84. Pet fee $25/night per animal

The unit features a large backyard with a patio, fire pit and chairs for your enjoyment. Fires must be approved by host.

The Space:
The unit is an in-law style apartment located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood set back in the woods to make it that much more of an at home feel. It has been newly constructed and styled in a mid-century modern theme! The unit has a Queen in the studio open floor plan, Full size in the bedroom and an optional roll-out folding Twin If you pay the additional $20/night per person. If you love this unit and it is booked I do also have 3 other Airbnb’s you can find below. I’m looking forward to having you!

Only the in-law apartment located on the back left side of the house.

Fabulous

The host was extremely accommodating, an excellent communicator and very welcoming. The space is as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. We will certainly stay again if we are in the area!
