Imagine gazing across a large, sparkling swimming pool to see a natural in-ground aquarium... big enough to swim in, and filled with tropical fish. The dock accommodates large boats drawing 5' + and you have instant access to Florida Bay, the Gulf and the Atlantic. The sunset views here are endless, and defy description. These waters are considered some of the finest sport fishing grounds in the entire world. This lovely home sits on over almost 3 sprawling acres of prime landscaped property in a premiere area. Ten minutes north of Marathon, and only 15 minutes drive from Islamorada, Grassy Key is a sleepy little village of waterfront home on large estate properties, very private and quiet, far from the seasonal madness. The house is large and can handle big groups easily with 3 King Master Suites all located separately. Other rooms include, 2 double beds and 2 twin beds plus 2 Queen sleep sofas. Entering the property from its Morton Street entry, one is greeted by tropical flowering plants and majestic palm trees; the long meandering driveway winds past a tennis court to the grand house. This immaculate home features a large kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counter tops, a large TV room with Big screen TV and a large, airy great room which opens to a spacious screened patio beside the heated pool. The Main level has 2 wings; one wing has a very private master suite with king size bed and the other wing has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One with a King size bed and bath, 1 with 2 double beds and 1 with 2 twin beds and a shared bath. The third master suite with king size bed, sits atop a natural wood staircase and offers the most stunning views of all. This suite has its own private screened porch.

Such a beautiful house and a wonderful vacation! The pictures do not do it justice. This is the perfect place for nature lovers - we enjoyed visits from the white herons, egrets, woodpeckers, turtles, barracuda and, of course, the resident iguanas. The tidal pool was fascinating with the large grouper and many tropical fish. The screened-porch is just a fantastic place for a rest from the sun. Our primary goal of relaxation was fulfilled although there is plenty to do in the area. A favorite restaurant for both food and ambience is Morada Bay in Islamorada.

Once you arrive, you never have to leave. There's adventure, excitement and relaxation. Something for everyone at this fabulous home and incredible property, including your own private tennis court.

Terrific! That just about says it all, Beautiful well maintained property, landscaping was 1st class. Wonderful views and sunsets. Owners very nice. Property manager very good. Private setting.
Nice dock for boat rental. We had one dropped off.
1 hour run by car to Key West for a day of shopping.
Kids loved heated pool and tennis courts. We did some snorkeling off the dock and saw several hundred fish (better then the snorkeling off the beach at Sombrero beach).
Fish in pond were nice to watch no snorkeling due to a few very large Goliath Groupers. Fun to feed if you happen to catch a small fish from dock.
We will be back. Our group consisted of 7 children and 5 adults. The property has 3 king suites all with private baths. The adults had thier own very private retreats and we slept the 7 kids in the other bedrooms. Childrens ages from 5 to 16 and they all had a blast.
one problem - just too short I could have stayed a month...
