New to the rental market Kokomo is a wonderful 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home on a large lot right on the Gulf of Mexico. This home has spectacular views and sunsets. Each room of the house has Ocean Views. This house can accommodate up to 10 occupants, limit of 8 adults and 2 children, 12 or under. The house has 2 levels. On the lower level is the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a King Size bed and the other has a King bed and a trundle bed (with regular mattresses) which can be configured as another King or two twins. The spiral staircase takes you up to the upper level where the living room and 2 additional bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed and the other bedroom has a Queen size bed. Outside the large private yard has a Heated Pool, Hot Tub, gas grill and sitting area with lounge chairs and tables and a hammock along the shore to watch those spectacular Keys sunsets
