We have Wi-Fi available. Our appliances are new or newer. We have a Large screened-in porch so that even if the weather is not perfect, your environment is. We have lots of games, books, activities for all ages.
Relax and enjoy the views from this spacious fully equipped home. 4 twin beds (in two bedrooms), 1 king bed (in separate room and 1 queen bed in a very private downstairs Master suite. A total of over 2100 square feet of living space. All this privacy and yet just minutes away from Boothbay Harbor, its shops and activities. We have three kayaks and a canoe available for our guests. Boats can be conveniently launched and used from the cottage's mooring or dock.

Near the house there are lots of activities: Railway Museum, Ocean Point, Burnt Island Lighthouse, hiking at the Local Land Trust Properties, Aquarium, Carousel Music Theater, sailing vessels leaving from Boothbay Harbor, Maine Maritime Museum, Barrett Park for swimming and relaxing, Whale watching and sunset cruises, canoe rental and LL Bean and other outlets in Freeport.
Area::
Boothbay Harbor, a picturesque seaport, retains the atmosphere of an old New England village. Fishing craft lie along side wharves that follow the quaint, winding village streets. The Boothbay region's waterfront offers visitors a glimpse of seafaring history and an array of nautical activities on the Maine coast. It is also full of shops and dining places. The harbor shelters a wide variety of boats. River cruises, ocean cruises, whale watches, sailing and deep-sea fishing trips leave daily. Events include various festivals June-October, with craft displays and train rides, musicals and variety shows mid-May to early fall. Also available about 45 minutes away are great outlet stores, cute restaurants and LL Bean. About 30 minutes south is the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath, Maine.
