WATERFRONT! Newly Built Waterfront Home Near Town!

WATERFRONT! Waters Edge is a newer, open and spacious northwest traditional style home. Located just outside of Friday Harbor on the island's east side, this home has heated concrete floors on the main level which includes the master suite. The living area has a propane fireplace for a relaxing ambiance while you enjoy the wonderful views out to San Juan Channel, Yellow Island, and watching the ferry. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The butcher block counters, propane cook-top, and water-views will make preparing meals an enjoyable activity.

The main level master suite is furnished with a queen size bed and includes a propane fireplace, deck access, water-views, and a master bath with an over-sized tiled shower. The upper level loft bedroom is also furnished with a queen size bed and has an adjacent contemporary bathroom with tiled shower.

This property is medium bank waterfront not allowing direct water access.

We loved our time at Water's edge. The view, the quality of the beds and bathrooms, the fabulous kitchen where we foodies cooked together and had an amazing time. The location just out side of Friday Harbor was also a plus. So very very peaceful.

As a first-timer to San Juan Islands (and Friday Harbor), I had high hopes. But my expectations were exceeded by this amazing home with glorious views, spacious room for four and -- and even it seemed like it was a world unto itself -- located less than 3 miles away from the center of town. I highly recommend this rental, as well as the exceedingly helpful folks at San Juan Property Mgmt.

The only downside: having to wrench myself away!
