** From June 1-August 31, 2013 all rentals are Weekly and run Sat-Sat only. The rest of the year there is a 3 Night Min stay -

With the exception of Memorial Weekend which is a 4 Night Min stay & Labor Day Weekend which is a 4 Night Min stay.

The entire building has just had a "facelift" and it is looking great.  Also, the owners have just put in new hardwood floors.  This quaint (3Bed/3Bath) .  Folly Beach condo is situated along the Folly River,  just a short walk to Folly Beach. This spacious 1500 sq ft condo is nicely furnished. This unit (sleeps 8). 

The views from the private screened in porch are breathtaking. Watch sailboats go by as you relax in the afternoon sun or evenings at sunset sipping your favorite beverage in this tranquil setting. This lovely home comes well equipped and will ensure you a wonderful and memorable stay.

Come see how wonderful a stay at Folly Beach can be! Take a short 10 minutes walk to the beach while passing Center Street's shops, restaurants & "beachy" bars, or drive downtown in about 15 minutes to Historic Charleston and see the sights.

There were several problems like hair still in the tub, dirty towels in the washer, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, but the worse thing was the bugs. When I got up in the middle of the night and went in the kitchen and turned the light on, roaches ran. I almost left immediately. I found some bug spray and drowned the bugs. I can take a lot but not roaches on the kitchen counter.
Owner's Response: Dear Carolyn. Thank you for the feedback it is most helpful. The towels left in the washer must have been overlooked, we apoligize for that. The dishes in the dishwasher, were clean. If the guests before leave dirty dishes, the cleaners put them in the dishwasher and leave it running when they are complete. This is a condo complex that has regular bug treatments on a treatment schedule and we have never had an issue in the past, not once. We will contact the HOA over their have have them set up a treatment right away. Thank you again for your helpful feedback - Management

Wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful place!!! The condo was clean,plenty of room,and a peaceful retreat after a busy day in downtown Charleston.The private dock was a definite plus.It has a great view and you can watch as the very friendly local residents catch shrimp & crabs.The beach is actually within walking distance with restaurants and shops. We were very pleased with the condo and also the great customer service. We will definitely be returning, but I guess we'll have to take the grandkids next time! I'm sure they will enjoy it just as much as we did.
