My family and I (2 young kids, 3 and 16 months) stayed at this lovely townhouse. This is probably the 7th townhouse/condo we have rented for family vacations and is one of the better ones we have stayed at. It is very close to the clubhouse and walk to the pool (maximum 5 minute walk - we had strollers with us) and the grounds are conveniently located near the Publix grocery which was helpful for us to pick up the kids snacks. The drive is a good 35 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Disney. The pool amenities and playground were great for the kids and with small kids, this is all you need. We were considering going to wet n wilkd but the lazy river kept my kids entertained that we didn't want to spend the extra money for a water park. Staff is very friendly. We will certainly come back and would recommend this to friends and family.
My only comment that I wish I knew in advance was to bring my own cleaning supplies (i.e. dishwasher soap, sponge, detergent etc.). Other condo's we have stayed at supplied these things in the condo whereas this one did not, so we had to spend more money to pick up these items. I always travel with Tide to wash the kids clothes but other items I would have packed if I knew they were not supplied).
