Local Activities: Take a short walk down the street to the North Tahoe Regional Park in Tahoe Vista! There you can enjoy year round activities including Sledding (we provide sleds), Miles of Trails for Hiking and Cross-Country Skiing, Snowmobile Rentals, Tennis Courts, Basketball Hoops, Picnic Tables and a Playground for the kids! Why not just take a walk through the Quiet and safe neighborhood that surrounds The Idlewood Inn! We are also close to Beaches, River Rafting, Beach 'Toy' Rentals, Boat Rentals, Golf, Miniature Golf, Whitewater Rafting, Bicycle Rentals, Para sailing, Ice Skating, Bowling, Horseback Riding and Movie Theaters. You can also test your luck at the casinos only 15 minutes away over the Nevada border.
