The dining table has chairs for six, but can expand to seat ten. The balcony has a table with four balcony height chairs. Tinted glass panels line the balcony for unobstructed views. A washer-dryer is located on the floor. The condo is within walking distance or a trolley ride to Clearwater beach attractions such as restaurants, shopping, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

Jet skiing, water biking, para-sailing, fishing, sea kayaking, dinner cruises and a pirate ship cruise are available at Clearwater Beach. Disney World, Universal Studios and Orlando attractions are less than two hours away.
