All new windows, balcony railings and sliding glass balcony door added in 2007. The Kitchen includes: side by side refrigerator, ceramic cook top, built in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, a pass through to the living area with water views and an eat in area with a south facing window overlooking the marina. The living/dining room includes: Brand new 54' glass top dining table with four upholstered parson chairs, navy leather sectional sleeper sofa with recliner and chaise lounge and a 42' plasma TV. Bedrooms: Feature large closets, new TVs, twin beds in the guest room, all new furniture in the master including a queen size sleigh bed, dresser and night stands television.

Swimming, beaching, sailing, fishing, jet skiing, walking/biking paths, abundant dining and nightlife in Clearwater,Dunedin and Tampa
Area:
Close to downtown Dunedin and Clearwater Beach for shopping, night life ,restaurants and beach activities; home of the Toronto Blue Jays minor league and spring training ;30 minutes to Tampa international airport and Busch Gardens.
