Quality cushioned patio furniture featuring 2 lounge chairs, umbrella, table and seating for four. Towel rack and pool toys. Home is close to two Walmart Stores, Publix, Walgreen's and shopping malls. Restaurants for every taste and budget are located within 3 minutes of the home.

I stayed in Patricia's property with three of my girls friends in April 2009. The house was amazing, very clean and cute. I will definitely be renting this home again in the near future. My friends have rented her home in the past and we will continue to rent from here on out....

Beautiful Home Exactly As Described

We had a wonderful vacation in Kissimmee. The villa is located in a convenient, safe area close to all the attractions, shopping and restaurants.

The home was very clean when we arrived and is very well-maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of extra towels and bed linens. The pool was also very clean. I wish the weather had been a little warmer while we were there so we could have enjoyed the pool more.

The owner could not have been more helpful in the weeks and months prior to our vacation. Very, very good communication.

Thank you very much Patricia. We will keep you and your home in mind if ever we return to Central Florida.

Our Vacation at Chatham Park

We had an excellant time at the house. My 4 year old grandson loved the pool. They house was just like being on vacation at home. It had everything we needed to be comfortable on vacation. The house is only minutes to the parks.
