Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5-7)

This snow front unit at Creekside Complex at Silver Star Ski Resort is truly a Ski in - Ski out! Walk out of the condo, put your skis on and you ski the 40 meters to the silver queen chairlift. Ski down any of the Attridge ski runs and over the skier overpass right into the condo complex.

The Nordic cross country trial head is only 200 meters away.

Tube Town and the outdoor skating area is also 200 meters away. The village is a short walk thru two parking lots or a free shuttle is available.

This is also ideal accommodation for summer either to enjoy the mountain activities like hiking and mountain biking or to explore the Okanagan beaches and other attractions.

These accommodations sleeps seven comfortably with a fully equipped kitchen. Master Bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub, and shower. The Second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double futon on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. A pop-up playpen can be provided if specified. The living room has a couch that can be made into a daybed that sleeps two kids or one adult comfortably. The living room has a TV with DVD player and full cable. Current DVD's can be rented from the store in the skier village, or there is pay per view in the unit. Our unit is also very close to the ski wax tables of the complex. The condo is very cozy and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and lots of extras you won’t find in other condos like saran wrap, aluminum foil, plastic zip-loc bags, napkins, and basic spices.

Exterior front porch is a great place to take off your skis and store your toboggans. There is a great place outside the front door for lots of fun in the snow after skiing, tobogganing and having snowball fights. This is also a great place for your pets to play if you bring them. Hot tub outside and is 9 condo doors over - it is shared by 27 units but is rarely busy. Hot tub is only open during the winter/ski season.

About Pamela Darby

We bought this property and used it as our primary residence for 2 1/2 years. Now we are renting it. We live on the mountain ourselves in a new home we built. This is my husbands family one year when we all stayed at Silver Star for Christmas. This is taken outside of the condo. Me and my husband are in the red and yellow jackets. We now have 2 sons aged 3 and 5 months.

This condo is great because it has a ground entry so when you ski or ride home for lunch you can leave your snowboard, skiis, and bikes right on the deck outside the door. There is a great area right beside the condo where your kids or dogs can play. Even though this condo building is not right smack on the ski hill there is still great ski-in and ski-out access and you still have a great view of the ski hill.

Nice place to stay for a summer vacation. Used as base for day trips. Worked well with children. They could relax after busy day and could bike or explore around. The condo was clean and well kept. The beds were clean. Owners were helpful. Made use of the laundry facilities and hot tub. Would highly recommend to others. Quiet area during the summer. Photos accurately depict the property.

Great value in mountain top pines.

We stayed during the summer. Due to the altitude, we had the cool air of the mountains at night and were able to head down to the warmth of the beach below during the day. The condo was clean and well-equipped. The owners were responsive and were there to help us quickly when we had an issue with wifi.

During the summer, if you NEED to be right on the beach then this is not the place for you. However, if you love the contrasts where you can play in the water during the day in the valley below and make popcorn and watch a movie with the fireplace on at night, then this is a prime summer location.

We hope to rent some time in the winter as we can imagine that the ski in - ski out location is superb.

I would recommend this to friends and family.
