This rentals is a 2 bedroom 2 bath lake forest condominium that sleeps 8 and is about 1100 sq. ft. Floor plan gives maximum privacy for both bedrooms. This nicely decorated unit's décor is contemporary with natural wood throughout. The master suite has a tv, queen bed with full bath, and personal access to large deck. 2nd Bedroom has two full size beds, full bath, and access to deck. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, deck with a view of Lake Dillon, television, DVD, and Stereo. The unit comes Kitchen is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full size stove, and refrigerator, washer and dryer. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Free high speed internet access! Light colored carpet and ceramic tiled floors. You will be able to park your car in the detached garage. Unit is close to the hot tub facility, with 3 outdoor hot tubs, there are stairs to this unit.

The ski areas of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Loveland, A-Basin, and Vail are within a short drive. There are great biking opportunities for all types of bikers throughout Summit County with the bike path across the street. We are a short drive to an outlet malls, Target, Wal Mart, a movie theater, an large grocery store, and many great restaurants. No smoking No pets.
