The larger than average 30x15 pool is surrounded by a screen to keep out the bugs and cut down on the harmful suns rays. The lanai provides shade during the day or turn on the lights for a romantic swim at night. A favorite of many is the bubbling spa that feels so good after a day at the parks or playing golf at the many courses close by. Spa heat is always free and we do offer optional pool heating for those liking the water warmer. Native plants surround the pool for a real tropical feel.
The master suite is extra large and has a TV, love seat, double dresser, and desk with internet access. The bath provides a double walk in shower, (big and roomy for the men or helpful for rinsing off the children) sink and water closet. A separate sit down vanity with lighted mirrors and sink is between the large walk in closet and the bathroom. This bath also leads directly to the pool area. A nice feature for children or a quick hop to the spa.

The opposite side of the house has two bedrooms with a bath in the middle. The Dalmatian bedroom has THREE twin beds, stuffed animals and pillows for the kids to enjoy, and a chest of drawers for the clothes. Your queen room has a Disney theme, remote TV, chair and triple dresser. Both rooms have a large closet.
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric range, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, coffee pot, crock-pot, ample pans and dishes to make snacks and light dinners or gourmet meals. Clean up is easy with the double sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Padded kitchen chairs and table overlook a small garden. Last but not least the blender for those pina coladas and margaritas!
