APRIL $120 USD NIGHT SPECIAL! LOCATION/DECOR/PENTHOUSE/WIFI/CABLE/LAKE VIEW

Mont Tremblant Condo Rental Photos and Description

Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

For more photos check us out on Facebook. 'Mont Tremblant Condo Falcon's View'

Falcon's View is a bright, modern, professionally decorated condo, with spectacular views of Lake Moore and located an hour and a half from the Montreal Airport in North Americas largest ski resort on the east coast -Mont Tremblant.

People say they love our location - 5 min drive to the mountain and a 2 min walk to ATMs, ski rental, bus stop, pubs, restaurants, gas, wine, French bakery, and grocery store. Car rental is available at the airport in Montreal, and there's plenty of parking below the condo, and at the resort.

At our 1,100 square foot condo, you will feel like you are in a luxurious and romantic hotel hide-away. People love to light a fire and look at the twinkling lights on the lake while enjoying a glass of wine.

We have super fast wifi and a great English DVD collection. As a couple we book this type of accommodation regularly, and as an owner that works with chartering 200+ foot mega yachts, we went to great lengths to make sure it was decorated tastefully, that it was clean and contemporary without sacrificing the comforts of home. Our property is always cleaned the day before you arrive, so it feels airy, clean and fresh. And this is not Grandmas cabin - filled with Decor that the garage forgot. Here you will be drinking out of nice wine glasses, and using lovely French towels, why - because it's important.

Our fabulous property manager, who lives in the area is available with any questions you may have. For a small fee she can organise groceries, baby sitters or a cleaning service. She also offers concierge services for ski passes, or restaurant reservations. You will never feel like you are there and stuck if something goes wrong. We are owners who are responsible and accountable and we want everything to be perfect while you are there - so you brag about it to your friends!!

This is a special place and it's a place for special people. We welcome comments and suggestions and we love to enhance people's 'time off' experience by recommending places that only the locals know about. Tremblant is great for skiing, and we do! But to be honest, we love it because there is something for everyone. Some days you just want to walk to the bakery, drink espresso on the patio, go to the mineral spa and do nothing. Other days you want to snow board till you drop, then party all night. Perhaps the Quintessance Hotel is calling for a Cave style wine pairing? Our off mountain price affords you the opportunity to live large while you are there, returning home to your luxurious penthouse, with absolutely breathtaking views over the lake and high up in the trees

Rebecca Maywald and Craig Butler were recently married and live in old Town Portsmouth, Virginia. Rebecca works as a Yacht Chef and first came to Tremblant in support of her friend, Seb, who opened a restaurant here. He told her how special Tremblant was, but Rebecca had no idea until she saw it for herself. It was love at first site, and shortly thereafter found her rental car steering itself up a driveway to a 'for sale' sign for 'Falcon's View'. Today they love to visit Tremblant because it reminds them that there are still places in the world that can still be a surprise - away from generic vacation destinations like Tuscany, that the Jones's keep going back to!

Rebecca purchased this condo in 2009

Because it's perfect. Hip neighborhood, Historic charm of the old village. 2 minute walk to French Bakery, Close to the Grocery store, Close to two of the restaurants listed in the top 5 restaurants on Trip Advisor. In between Saint Jovite and the Slopes and the Casino, at the resort. At this location, nature is at your door. But you won't feel 'stuck in the woods' Its easy for kids and other guests to have time out and walk safely to town. There are also great lakes and bike trails accessible to everyone.

The most wonderful thing about this property is the view. In our guest book people describe it as 'spectacular'. You are so high up you will feel like you are in a nest, or a hide-away. It's also modern, less than five years old, and tastefully decorated. IT has everything you will need, because life is in the details..Nice wine glasses (yay!) and towels. In short, you'll want to wake up early in the morning so you can go out on the balcony, to do your best Snow White impersonation while mysteriously finding yourself singing show tunes from Oklahoma..enough said.

This place is absolutely magical! We were here in the winter and from where the property sits, the view was amazing! (iced over lake surrounded by snow covered pine trees). With a lovely clean decor, warm fire and we'll equipped kitchen we really couldn't ask for anything better. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

I've spent 2 weeks at Tremblant looking at different lodging options and the moment I saw this condo I knew the search for the perfect place was over. First off, when you drive up to this place, your jaw drops! The condo sits at the top of the hill while all the other humble houses are at the bottom. To see this place from the road, you have to tilt your head all the way back to the point where you literally can't keep your mouth shut. There's parking for your car and then you climb three flights of stairs to get to the entry. And trust me, you want to climb every single step because it gets you further up off the ground and closer to the stunning views from above. Once inside, the condo has the perfect ambiance. A mix of sensual colors, warm wood, and personal touches give it a very intimate feel. The open kitchen is spacious enough to cook a solid meal and the layout gives you ample room to entertain a close group of guests. Windows in the living room open towards the forest and lake. And best of all, there is a sizable balcony where you can grill, sip a cocktail, or just take it easy and admire the pristine nature around you. And if you're anything like me and don't want to drive everywhere while on vacation, the bus stop is a mere 3-5 minute walk from the house and it will take you everywhere you could possibly want to go - ski area, shopping village, Saint Jovite, etc. Overall I see no better place to stay in Tremblant. Why pay $200 for a cookie cutter hotel room when you can have a unique, beautiful home all to yourself?

Owner's Response: HI Dennis,
Thanks so much. When I first bought this place, I wanted something that felt like I was totally away from it all. You have described all the reasons why we love it, thanks for painting a beautiful picture with words. People hate the stairs at first and then grow to love them. It not only gives us great height, but makes us feel less guilty about all the Poutin and cheese we eat while we are in Canada! Thanks for the great review..We can't wait to have you again!
Rebecca.

Amazing Trip ---We'll never forget!

Our trip to Falcon View was perfect! The condo is totally lovely. The photos don’t do it ---or the view-- justice! Everything is top notch, and perfectly maintained! We were so pleased to find a place that could accommodate our family of 5. It was wonderful to have comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The long hike up the stairs to the top floor is worth it since the view is spectacular (and helps to “work off” all the wonderful meals from the local restaurants!) We stayed for just short of a week but just scratched the surface of wonderful things to do & see. Summer in Mont Tremblant is festive and magical. Some favorites include: walking to the bottom of the hill to the French bakery for fresh baguettes daily (closed Mon-Tues), renting bikes and enjoying the amazing trails village to village, shopping in the ski village, driving to Parc Omega to feed carrots to HUGE animals (hysterical), hiking Mont Tremblant, enjoying dinners, wine & the view at the condo, meals at Millys and Creperie Catherine (just to name our favorites). We can’t wait to come back again! You will not be disappointed!

An outstanding place not to be overlooked!

Being a veteran of vacation-rental travel, I would rank Falcon's View right up with the best of my rental's to date! The place is newly furnished & warmly decorated with it being obvious that the owner is very detail oriented. On top of that, the view is outstanding! My wife and our friends had an equally positive view this place.

The old village of Tremblant is nearby and a reasonable walk if you choose not to drive. Bonichoix in the village is a smaller but very good grocery store for your general food needs. As for dining, our friends, my wife and I had wonderful dinner at Patrick Bernard's restaurant which is less than a 5 minute walk down the hill from the condo. I kept reading in the guest book about a number of equally impressive experiences at other restaurants in the area that we could not get to but look forward to trying if we're in the area again.

There are only two items that I would caution people on. First, there are 70 stair steps from the parking lot to the unit. Second, during the winter (especially in heavy snow conditions), definitely make sure that you have a 4WD vehicle with tire snow chains handy. During our weekend stay, more than 1.5 feet of snow fell which made the hillside roads a little treacherous and the condo parking lot unusable during part of our stay.

All in all, I can't recommend this place highly enough and would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend & I have rented this condo half a dozen times & it never fails to impress us.
We've had excellent romantic weekends by the fire in the middle of the winter and lovely week long stays with family & friends.
The place is always very clean & the views are stunning.
Would highly recommend it.
