Rental Rates for this vacation cabin rental in South Lake Tahoe, California
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Please add 10% local tax, a $75 professional cleaning fee (waived for weekly rental) and $200 security deposit required with all stays. Full balance is due 14 days prior to rental (30 days for holiday rental).
Cancellation policy: When cancellation notice is given less than 14 days prior to the date rental is to begin, there is no refund unless the cabin is re-rented for an equal or greater period of time. There is a full refund if cancellation notice is given greater than 14 days prior to the date of rental minus a $20 cancellation fee. No refund on weather.
November-March $145/night or $180/night during holidays (2 nights minimum).
April-May $99/night or $150/night during holidays (2 nights minimum)
June-October. $125/night or $150/night during holidays (2 nights minimum).

Gas fireplace, cable TV/DVD player with movies, games, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, oil, spice rack; shampoo, hair dryer, iron, washer/dryer, local phone calls, large fenced yard throughout with patio furniture, charcoal grill and all the cooking utensils. No smoking and no pets please.
Hiking, biking, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, swimming, boating, water-skiing, rafting, casinos.
