This lovely beach house has a great view of Santa Rose Sound and comes complete with sandy beach for swimming. The private beach is shallow and safe for children. You can anchor your boat or watch others sailing. The west facing Master bedroom comes complete with its own private bath with view of mural walled garden. The east 2 bedrooms share a common full size hall bath. The modern Kitchen includes a wrap around breakfast bar. The honey oak cabinets give a warm home feeling to any meal served in the dining area of the Great Room. It includes, Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice Maker, Coffee Pot, Toaster Oven. Two queen futons in the living area serve as extra sleeping for friends and family making beds for 10. Comfortable chairs are great for relaxing and watching TV, a DVD movie or listening to CDs when you want down time. Umbrella can be carried to the beach.

You could visit many art galleries, go antiquing, enjoy fine dining, attend concerts in the park, and trolley ride jewelry shops and clothing boutiques in Old Town Pensacola an easy 20 minutes away. The National Aviation Museum is 30+ minutes away, which is not to be missed. In June the butterfly house is blooming near The Zoo! Your children will love to stand inside while a hundred varieties fly around them.
