Plantation Golf & Country Club w/36 holes & driving range at 500 Rockley Blvd., Venice. The duplex consists of two separate units, each with two bedrooms and two baths. You may rent one or both for multi-family gatherings. Both units are beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home, including towels and linen. There are TVs in the living rooms with a DVD/VCR and TVs in the master bedrooms. All rooms have cable.
Unit A comfortably sleeps 12 and has hardwood floors throughout except for master bedroom, master bath has a whirlpool tub, beautiful kitchen and Florida room and has a view of the Palma Sola Bay. Unit B comfortably sleeps 8 and has a balcony overlooking the pool. Unit C comfortably sleeps 4 and has a large balcony overlooking the pool. There is a central laundry room fully equipped with two washers and two dryers. This room also has an office area complete with computer and high speed internet. The duplex sits on a 1/3 acre lot and is landscaped with fruit trees (banana and orange) and flowering shrubs which surround the private pool. There is a patio that leads into a recreation room complete with a pool table, dart board and many other games and puzzles and lots of seating. The home is also equipped with a Chair Elevator for those who have trouble climbing stairs.
