I had a very relaxing and quiet time staying for a week during this winter. My preference goes for simple things. The house is very spacious and not overcrowded with furniture or small decorative objects, which is perfect if one has small children. House has 3 floors, which includes 3 rooms on the top floor, 2 rooms on the second floor (living room/kitchen are on same floor plus large comfy sofas by gas fireplace) and first (ground) floor. The ground floor has TV, comfy sofas, pool table, and sauna and hot tub. Hot tub is located in the room which has a door you can open with a very nice view of tall pine tree (my fave), this floor has separate shower for convenience. Sauna is good (pretty hot) and hot tub is roomy and you can adjust water temperature. The fact that TV is downstairs to me was a big plus, as those wishing to rest early will not hear the party noise from the first floor. The house library has lots of new games and many books! The living room has plenty of natural light and nice view. The house is surrounded by big nice deck. Fridge has ice maker, electric stove/oven, and basic supplies for cooking/baking. We used disposable dishes purchased in advance. PROS: house is great for families with small or grown children, is close to community pool and playground (walking distance), close to ski slopes, variety of stores and actually is great for large parties who ski (slopes have training classes for little children-beginners). House is affordable and absolutely warm during coldest weather!! You regulate temperature. Community is very nice and quiet. Main office and cleaning guy were very friendly and accommodating (we checked out few hours later as our car broke on the last day of stay) . House has own laundry and dryer on the lower floor, just bring your own detergent
CONS: you need own towels and sheets; some cleaning supplies (soaps and toilet paper); house needs some minor fixes but owner is very responsive and a great person to deal with. TV has basic channels but has fast inet (WiFi), which was more important for us. We brought our small portable grill as house currently does not have one.
Overall, it was a very relaxing vacay, simple, with plenty of rest, sauna and hot bath tub were the best part in it :). Thank you!
