This house was designed and built by the owner to reflect the Old Cape Cod style with covered porches back and front and a side sundeck with picnic table and sun umbrella, plenty of outside seating and gas grill . There is a upper sun deck for a small shot of the water. This house is contemporary inside with open living ,kitchen /dining/ living room , Comfortable, clean, and spacious with all amenities . It sits on 3/4 acre on a quiet road across from waterfront property and has a sandy clean private beach just across the road and up a dune path to moderate beach stairs, truly a short stroll to the beach Inside has 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 , (2 queen beds , and 4 twin beds ) All rooms are a decent size with comfortable furniture. There is also an upstairs sitting area .There is a full basement with washer and dryer and ping pong table.
