Farmhouse, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6)

This property is a guest house attached to the main section of a beautifully restored 1850s farmhouse in Stowe Hollow. It has completely separate entrance and is separated from the main section of the house by a heavy barn door. It sits on 5 acres with beautiful views of Stowe Pinnacle and 2 small ponds. It is 2.5 miles from downtown Stowe, and 8.5 miles from Stowe Mountain Resort.

The guest house is on three floors adjoined by a spiral staircase. The main living area has a full brand new kitchen, kitchen table, living area and serves as the main entryway. You go up the spiral staircase to a generous-sized loft with a queen bed and full closet. Down the stairs, there are 4 bunks, a ping pong table and miniature pool table. There is an 2nd entrance on the lower level with a ski rack outside the door. This property is sparkling clean.

The guest house has its own deck with views of the mountains and one of the ponds. There is covered parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway.

This is a perfect rental for a couple or family. All utilities, Wifi and Direct TV with HBO are included in the price.

I rented the property for the entire month of August in 2011, and could not have been more pleased. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the great state of Vermont. Annie was the perfect "Landlord". The home, (and I call it a home) was so comfortable, and impeccably clean. The minute I walked in the door, whatever stress I had, left me. I hope to be back soon. Just sorry it took me so long to write this review.
