About Lee Follmer
I've been coming to Hawaii since I was a kid, and have enjoyed each of the islands for the unique experience they each provide. Kona was like a magnet though, drawing me back to it's laid back lifestyle, quiet peacefulness, and beautiful blue water..
Lee Follmer purchased this condo in 2005
What makes this condo unique
I'm an ocean person. Surfing, swimming and scuba, and there's just no better place enjoy the warm clear Hawaiian water. I like the rule of 80 - 80 - 80: 80 degree air temp, 80 degree water temp, and 80 feet visibility under water.
